"The staff was great in accommodating our requests and also very polite and nice, but maybe this is the Thai style. They helped with organizing a day trip to see main points on the island, which was excellent . The pool was a bit green when we arrived and we had to tell them to clean it and add chlorine. The furniture in the room though, needs some maintenance. The foor to the pool was not closing well and Geico was coming in the room."
