Staff at the pool area by the Beach needs to be more organized, as a leader my self i see Hugh potential for improvement, several guests including my self got irritated over waiting a long time to order, pay and to get our food.
Sometimes they even forgot the orders this happened to several times.
Improvements:
Introduce QR codes for ordering food and drinks to the sundbeds!
Give staff different areas to work in so everyone just doesn’t run around in every area of the pool and beach.
When a guest has arrived at the sunbeds go and offer a menu or ask if they want something.
They offer a wide selection of things to do great for families or couples I would say, it is quite and nice.
Food taste good at the restaurant but it is expensive compared to the restaurant 10m away from the hotel (literally).
