For example in the room they supply just one towel per person, for shower. No small towels, u ask for and they reply they don’t have. U have to use in pool the same towel because towels supply at pool is very scarce"

"Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Aufenthalt im Pinnacle Resort in Thailand. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal – wirklich lobenswert und stets hilfsbereit.
Die Lage des Resorts ist sehr schön und sorgt für eine angenehme, ruhige Atmosphäre. Insgesamt ist die Anlage perfekt, wenn man einfach mal abschalten und entspannen möchte.
Beim Essen bzw. Restaurant gibt es allerdings noch Luft nach oben. Die Qualität und Auswahl haben uns leider nicht ganz...
"The staff was VERY friendly, and the location was incredibly convenient. A little hard to find down a back alley, but quiet even though the Fisherman's Village is literally a block away. Very convenient scooter rental with delivery and pick-up to the hotel. Large clean room with hot pot, TV, and great AC. GREAT value, I highly recommend staying here."
