"We returned to the Phuket Marriot for the second time. It was just as good as the first. Amazing facilities and friendly staff. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and the cleaning staff were excellent. It would have been nice to know in advance that there was a large corporate event planned for the week. The closure of certain parts of the resort including restaurants and certain areas was a little annoying."

"At the end of the day, you need to ask yourself. Are you in Phuket to look at all the attractions or do you intend to stay at your resort for the entire stay. If it’s the latter, then you might want to look for another resort as this one lacks a beach front, various activities for the kids to do and so forth. "The place felt like a maze, so I didn't get to enjoy the whole resort. The staff had no map of the resort therefore I only saw 10 percent of it. They also said there there was three pools though I could only find one, that's how much of a maze it was."
