"The hotel was under construction and it would have been nice to know/ receive a discount for all the white dry-wall debris everywhere. There was construction tape all down the hall ways. The jacuzzi was boiling hot and it would be nice if it was 5 degrees cooler. It was very stuffy in the pool/jacuzzi area because it was indoor with no windows or door opening."

"Best place to experience the Grand Canyon… on the rim overlooking Bright Angel Trail, Kolb Studio and of course the Canyon!! Walking distance to restaurants, stores, ice cream and the Rim Trail. Right next door to the Hermit Bus pickup. We go annually to the Canyon and always always stay in a Bright Angel Cabin….so quaint!"
