First of all we arrived at about 1pm in Torun, then I only get one instruction email, while I was waiting for lunch, I was communicating with the owner/ customer service of the instructions. "there is a lack of guidance on entering the password at the door. You are looking for a physical password pressing device (not only me, I saw that many people encountered a similar problem during my stay) Another issue is the breakfast time, if you are staying for business purposes, a breakfast that starts at 09:00 will not work for you and you will have already paid for a service you have not received, this is not very fair (at least a warning can be written everywhere that our breakfast service starts later than other accommodation options)Other than that, everything was perfect! "
