"Sadly the management team was selectively unresponsive in modifying our reservation due to a sudden death in the family. The property was nice, and in a great location, but the Rembrandt front desk has very little authority over Windmill, which appears to be run by managers behind the curtain. I must say the hotels.com team was terrific in trying to help modify our reservation."
