Senti falta de serviço ao hóspede para pegar malas, por exemplo. Tem um grande tapete na entrada que é quase impossível de as rodinhas das malas correrem, e uma ajuda para carregar ou uma segunda entrada seria interessante. Entendo que é a proposta do hotel, mas pelo preço das diárias acho que...
