Lots. A few of the staff need some positive communication skills upgrading. Breakfast might have been ok at 6.30am when cooked, but not so good at 9ish when a lot of residents appeared to eat. Dinner and service very good.

The room was good with a nice big bathroom. The staff were absolutely wonderful, nothing was any trouble. Next time we're down to see the grandkids, this is where we'll be staying.

Receptionist was ok but we were booked into a room that was having maintenance done so had to comeback downstairs. We were promised a restaurant voucher for compensation but received nothing. Swimming pool and spa pool were booked out and no free parking as stated on the facts on the tv.
