"Beware if you are thinking about booking their rooms.
Telephone attendant have no idea when their reception open/closes.
They told us the checkin is open until 12AM and when we reach at 11:30, there was no one - they locked and went home.
Their emergency number is another joke, don’t expect anyone will help you in case of emergency at night.
We cancelled our trip and went back."

"Not a great experience only stay at this hotel for the ev charger and again it wasn’t working. Had to charge elsewhere which took a lot more time and money to sort. Already frustrated with the charger not working the bathroom door that wouldn’t open or close, the TV on this occasion wouldn’t cast, and the hot and cold water tap for drinks in the corridor wasn’t working, the room also had an odd shell on arrival. Really not a great experience at all. I did mention the above on departure but...

"This hotel is very comfortable, and in a great location for the Quay area, its about 5 minutes walk to the restaurants and bars. The Cathedral is about 2 minutes in the opposite direction.
The hotel is an older building with interesting history, but its very well appointed, clean and the staff are friendly and approachable. A query that I had was soon resolved.
There is secure parking under the hotel, which is a great advantage in the centre of a city. It also has a Miller and Carter...
