"Room was clean, great staff, and breakfast. Mattresses Were good. Only complaint I have is pillows were very soft and no support. I know that’s a very minor thing overall. Good place to aay and I will in the future"

This may be personal preference specifically but I would never stay in a quality inn again. I felt unsafe, felt uncomfortable. I did not like the virtual check in.
