"Great selection for breakfast. Rooms are basic, but had everything that was needed. Would return."

"Stayed for one night. This was our third hotel during our trip to Maine, and it was by far our favorite. It was the cleanest and best maintained, and had the best and most comfortable beds. The A/C worked (without even making a racket!), no weird smells, super friendly proprietor, seamless check-in and checkout. Felt safe and snug and well rested and clean, all for a very affordable rate. Would stay again; would recommend to others."

"The room was clean and the bed comfy. Our only issue was with other guests. There was a truck parked directly outside our window, with its headlights on and music blaring for at least two hours - from 8-10pm. We called the front desk, but the music didn't stop until close to an hour after."

"We were charged an extra $15 because we had a 3rd person that I had already disclosed in the booking and had already paid the extra taxes and fees for etc. The shower had no drain stop, just a wide open hole. The shower also had a bunch of little hairs on the wall as if someone had shaved recently and the shower wasn’t wiped down. All 3 of us slept terribly as well. "Nice renovation from the Quality Inn I was told it used to be. Beautiful bar, Hearth and Vine, loved the local artwork all over the hotel. Room was clean and staff members were very nice and welcoming."

"Beautiful view from property. Super clean room and surroundings. Quiet. Staff available at all times. Asked for towels and coffee pods one morning and returned to room at 9:30pm to find these were not delivered. Called the # provided for after hours and these items were delivered in 3 minutes with sincere apologies and kindness. We will stay here again next time we visit Maine."

"The hotel had various strong odors this trip ,particularly cigarettes smoke in the lobby and my room. It also overwhelmingly smelled like a kitchen with lots of cooking going on. Room was clean but needs updating The friendly staff is a bonus. Its a mediocre place but price is good! I like this one better than the super 8 across the street"

"The room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh waffles, fruit, Danish, muffins, cereal, yogurt, lots to choose from for a free breakfast. The pool was not open but we would not have used it anyway so that did not bother us."
