"The hotel is great and in a perfect location. The staff are very helpful and the room was exceptionally clean. The only flaw is that the air con minimum temperature is 19C which we found too hot. We asked at reception but it could not be turned down or turned off. We could open the window, but the air con was still on - also not very eco friendly. The heat impacted our sleep. Otherwise, I would recommend this hotel."

"Nice helpful staff at reception - though note there is no staff available in the hotel from 8 pm until 8 am the next morning, though they can be contacted by phone if necessary. Hotel is clean and tidy, and clearly tries to be quirky boutique style. Bedrooms fairly spacious and nice clean bathroom with large walk in shower. Breakfast is adequate but nothing special. Fairly restricted choice of food and drink - not particularly inspiring. Location is good, about 8 mins walk from railway station (regular trains to the airport, which only take 7 mins) and less than 100 metres walk from The Gates of Dawn - the entrance to the old town - plenty to see, plus many restaurants and cafes."

"We stayed 4 nights, hotel location is walking distance to many cafes, shops and restaurants. Hotel staff was attentive and professional throughout our stay. Chris was helpful when explaining the layout between the two separate buildings. Our only complaint was that the room’s location in the secondary building required using two elevators and walking through the corridor each time, which felt a bit inconvenient especially when carrying luggage or returning late at night."

The only thing they don’t clean the room every day we start five nights they cleaned it on the fourth night and they only put coffee and tea on the first day if you want additional coffee or tea, you have to pay €2.50 each time. "
