"Off to the side of CBD which was close to Margaret Mahy for families. We had a great room. Mattress was super comfortable with plenty of space and super quiet. Highly recommend for families. Was a great stay for our short weekend stay in town."

"Kami menyewa apartment 2 kamar di lantai 5. Kondisi sangat baik karena hotel tersebut masih baru. Semua perlengkapan basic tersedia termasuk mesin cuci dan pengering. Tidak ada keluhan hanya sayangnya hanya terdapat 1 kamar mandi / WC. Lokasi agak sedikit di luar CBD tapi tidak masalah karena kalaupun harus jalan kaki tidak jauh."

"This was a great location and fairly priced. The hosts go out of their way to provide extras like each towels. Public transportation to downtown Christchurch and airport is about 1 block away and runs every 15 minutes until late. There are lots of restaurants nearby along with grocery, pharmacy, and coffee shops. "

"In the middle of the nite there are lots of police car sirens, some drunks talk loudly, and the worst was a couple of drunks fighting loudly and involve police. It was weekend nite though.."

"Could not go onto Balcony as the door could not open. We were in a top floor apartment. All handrails to the top floor on the staircase was loose. The shower "door" into the tub is placed in such a way that it is dangerous to get in and out of this bathtub, because you have to lean against the wall at an angle to open and close the door while standing in the bathtub. The bed mattresses can do with replacing as it is very worn out. You can feel the bed springs sticking into your back when...

"Friendly welcome even though we arrived late; about 7pm. Room was tidy, warm and full kitchen facilities were perfect. Close to New World to buy groceries for our 3 nights. Cleaners were lovely as well. As they are pet friendly, i will be bringing my dog next time. "

"Our stay was for 4 nights. It was nice to have b/f each day. Would have been nice that hosts offered hard boiled eggs and maybe croissants on at least one of our mornings. Coffee was excellent. The room was quite small for this long of duration. We like a hard bed and found this one quite soft. Loved the big windows! Free parking on the side of property and great location for our needs. "
