"We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was beautiful, and the overall experience was wonderful. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the room felt a bit humid throughout our stay. I also noticed a small spot on the bed sheets that appeared to be dirty (though it may have just been a stain). It wasn’t a major issue, but it did give me a little pause."

"Please be aware that this place will only allow to check in after 4 PM. If you choose to do an early check-in, they can work with you but know that you need to keep constantly contacting the host in order for them to give you a code to check in. The water in the pool look green so I did not get in. Overall the inside of the facility it’s decent."

"If I could give zero stars I would. This property is run down and needs some desperate TLC. The comforter had stains on it and the bathroom was disgusting. Had it not been for the no refund policy I would have stayed elsewhere. This place will leave you wanting to bathe in sanitizer upon leaving."

"Excellent hotel in Biloxi. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, nice amenities and very clean. Nice to be able to walk on the pier and enjoy the water. The Non-smoking casino was also a plus. Very close to restaurants and entertainment venues."

"There are not enough elevators for the number of guests. Be prepared to wait up to an hour during check in/check out times."

"The hotel was generally clean. The breakfast was okay, a couple of mornings the eggs were runny. The room was a nice size and the beds were comfortable, but every time the AC cut on I could smell mildew. So, I cleaned the AC vents (the towel was black) and sprayed Lysol on them and the carpet below the AC."

"The room was clean. Great view of the bay. The hotel access to the room was a little too much. Always show my driver license was annoying. There were no towels at the pool. However, the pizza restaurant has awesome pizza."

"The attendant at the front desk told my daughter that it was a $4 charge per towel when she asked for clean towels. There were little ants all over the breakfast bar. The elevator floor stayed covered in smashed candy and dirt. You could see the black footprints of dirt and grime on the tiled floors. Other than that, it was fine."

"We arrived to the room at roughly 11pm. The room was filthy and smelled like urine. The floors were caked and each cushion had visible stains. The pullout couch had trash and brown spots. The bathroom had a brown smear on the wall and the lotions and soaps were opened. The desk and surfaces were dingy. We went down to the front desk to get a broom, mop, and bleach just so my wife and kids felt remotely comfortable. I cleaned the room and we layered the beds with extra sheets to sleep. It was...

"I've stayed at this hotel in the past and had a wonderful experience, which is why I chose to stay here again. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. The bed sheets were dirty when I arrived, and the chair in the room was absolutely disgusting and appeared to have not been cleaned.
