"Convenient location right in the middle of the city, easy access to Penn Station and MTA just a couple blocks away. Room and bed were very comfortable, but bathroom door could use a little adjustment or a bit of trim to give anyone inside a bit more privacy. Would stay here again tho, no question!"

"Problematic property and unexceptional stay. The rooms are tiny even for New York City and have no suitable chair or seating area - an uncomfortable metal hanging chair or a folding stool that can't actually be positioned at the folding desk as a workstation, so you have to sit on the bed to work. Also no closet (just hangers on pegs) and no drawers for storage (so I basically lived out of my suitcase). My room had a bad cigarette smoke smell for the first 48 hours, but when a maintenance...
