"This place got me with no words starting from the receptionist which had no customer service experience. I complained because the room he gave me was not very hat I reserve and his answer was what you see in the pictures is not what you reserve and ask $250 for the one I reserved. Took the room key card from my hands and put it behind the window counter and ask me to get refund from Expedia which Expedia is ok by letting this place robbed as I never used that room but was charge full amount no...

"You’re paying to be a good location. You’re close to several train stations, central park, lincoln center, etc. But the hotel it self is a bit dated. Staff are helpful but there were some inconveniences that I would want to know about if I were staying here. For example, the key cards consistently need to be reactivated (4x for us), you can’t control the temperature of your room, and there’s not water / ice stations."

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
