Property was beautiful and the lounge on the second floor was always well stocked with pastries and refreshments that were nice to have after coming back in from the city. Location was within walking distance of several major attractions, but also tucked away just enough to be on the quieter side. Would stay here again without hesitation."

"Pros: staff was kind and bagels and coffee in the morning were nice since you pay the $30 fee at the property. Clean. I thought the room was an ok size for NYC. Cons: my AC unit was very loud and the sheets were very starched/scratchy so it was difficult to get a good night of sleep."

"The mattress and one of the pillows were very comfortable. I had a good night sleep. The surrounding of the property is not very nice. It’s a very basic facility that provides no additional service whatsoever. I couldn’t even find a single cup in the room. The staff at the front desk were not friendly or helpful. The person in charge of luggage was the most friendly person there."

"There is a $30/night Resort Fee, for which you get a mediocre continental breakfast, wine in the lobby at 5 pm, and wifi. Someday these fees will be illegal, I hope. The soaps were from L'Occitane and smelled great. The staff was very nice. There are bathrobes in the closet and a safe. The sink drained too slowly and the cleanliness of the rooms could be improved. Also, they should put nightlights in the bathrooms.
