"I come to NYC often, but when I bring my daughter, this is the hotel I like to stay at most. The staff by far are the best part about this hotel. I feel safe here with my daughter, it’s almost like an at home type of feel, like at grandmas house or something. I’m not sure how to explain it. "Great location. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable and we appreciated the use of the USB charging port in the clock for phone charging without the need for adaptors.
