"Great staff and for sure amazing location if you are looking to be close to restaurants and time square. Be aware that there is no elevator on one of the towers."

"Excellent service from the moment we walked in through the time that we checked out. Property was beautiful and the lounge on the second floor was always well stocked with pastries and refreshments that were nice to have after coming back in from the city. Location was within walking distance of several major attractions, but also tucked away just enough to be on the quieter side. Would stay here again without hesitation."

"Just finished a stay at Bryant Park, hotel and staff are perfect. Hotel is very conveniently located and Bryant Park is a beautiful back drop. The room was big, clean and done to a high standard. The staff could not do enough for you, from the moment I checked in, I felt looked after and safe."

We dined at the adjacent La Padrona Blanca restaurant and had a great dinner before an evening Broadway show. Room was spacious and comfortable. We loved the terrace with ample seating and happy hour drinks. Would recommend and stay again."

"This is an underrated room for sure. The room had cool and relaxing vibes. Granted, the location is in an area that’s still being constructed in, but this hotel is beautiful in the inside. What’s a huge plus for me is the gym, they got everything you need. I enjoyed how the hotel offers a bar/lunch/dinner area and it was an area I enjoyed being in. The staff were super friendly and helpful when needed."
