"I was disappointed when I got a glass of chardonnay from the bar and noticed he used a minuscule carafe to measure how much wine to put in the glass. I thought it was a joke. Then I got the bill . I mentioned that was a very small amount of wine for the price and his response was 'I only work here'.
So suggestion for other travelers, order your glass of wine off property unless you are on an expense account that covers alcohol."

"the room was dated - the fixtures broken- sink was un- caulked, shower handle for water broken - the AC stopped working in middle of the night - and the biggest scheme was the pool- NO sun size of a bathtub - and so small only 10 sun chairs fit - DO NOT fall for this and pay this high price - everyone who came to the pull turned around and laughed - false advertising - horrible will not return"

"Hotel was lovely, we were a family of 4 and stayed in a connecting room overlooking Broadway. Super clean bedrooms with plenty of room for the 4 of us.
The pastries and coffee were very tasty from the bakery next door for breakfast served by very friendly staff. Could have perhaps offered slightly more than $10 though.
All in all a fantastic hotel."

"If possible, get the 6 person room with the private bathroom. The pods were roomy and comfy, all controls were inside (lights, charging ports, sockets) and you could lock and unlock your pod from your phone. Was close to public transportation and a choice of restaurants all around. Central Park was a stones throw away.
I will definitely be staying there again.
Wasn't overly expensive, well worth the price paid."

"I loved this hotel! Favorite place I’ve stayed in NYC yet. Beautiful rooms, great location, smoothie juice bar, and a garden outside perfect for daytime or ending the night. The check in staff could have been a bit more welcoming for the price but hey it’s new york after all lol. Also would say it’s geared towards a younger crowd especially with the roof / lobby clubs open on the weekends. Hope to be back soon!"
