"Staff were very helpful and were always positive. The location can't be beat if you're there to see Broadway - exit the door and go 10 steps down the road and you're standing in Times Square. Downside was the hotel could use an update. It was a pricey booking and I was expecting better considering there are other options in the area where we've stayed in the past."

NYC is filled with wonderful things to do and see and staying at this location makes it all so accessible- you are close to the subway and centrally located to step outside the door and have everything right there in a lovely pedestrian area. We travelled with our adult daughters and thought for 3 nights we can all cram ourselves into 1 room but no cramming needed- the rooms were large, clean, quiet, perfectly laid out for our needs. "This is a simple hotel, well thought out hotel. First the location is great for mid town . You can walk everywhere and lots of great food within a 5min walk. There are not allot of amenities here, there is no real lobby to hang out in , just a dinosaur, front desk and elevator . But I didn’t miss anything .
