"Park Terrace Hotel has helpful and welcoming staff. Our room was spacious, clean and in very good condition. The hotel is quiet with a nice bar/lounge for guests that overlooks the NY Public Library and Bryant Park. The location is convenient to many popular destinations. There are plenty of good restaurants in walking distance. we will return on our next city visit."

"Super nice hotel, beautifully decorated, very friendly and helpful staff, great location with tons of bars/restaurants close by and subway station only a few blocks away, great coffee shop and bar area in the lobby. Only complaint is their wine selection. There is a wine hr which is great and we got a free bottle for VIP status, but the red was soooo bad.. like not drinkable! If anything they should start buying the $6 Costco bottles and re-label them!"

"I found the hotel to be exactly what we were looking for. Clean rooms with beautiful floor to ceiling windows. Overall great room, great location and very easy. Highly reccomend. Thank you to everyone who made our weekend so special. "

"First room they put us in the door would not lock. Called front desk and they said no engineer on duty so we would have to wait. Waited an hour someone came up to look at the door to see it did not lock. So he said he would change rooms. Second room they put us in there was dried blood on the sink. At this time it’s 1am we are tired so I just let it go. Thank god I carry my own cleaning wipes and disinfectant so I cleaned it myself. With no one being available I figured it would be another hour...
