"I liked the hotel and the staff. Location was perfect. I had dessert at the restaurant and enjoyed it. Two negatives: 1: the gym looked good but was horribly smelly- a water problem. Unusable for my partner and I. 2: the room was called a suite but the extra space was a slender alcove - barely large enough for a suitcase. It’s essentially a single room"

Same pleasantries and professionalism .They also accommodated visitors and patrons who were not Hotel Guest. Overall a most pleasant stay. "

"It was good for what I needed which was just one night to rest my head, but walking into the room, had a mildew smell to it…when I turned the AC on, the smell went away. Pillows were very flat, couldn’t really get comfortable. Breakfast was underwhelming and didn’t really like the eggs at all. Not too many other options either. Overall stay was just okay. "

"I was very happy with this charming little Hotel! It is in a good location, just a short walking distance to things like Times Square or Madison Square, Gardens, or Macy’s. Plenty of charming restaurants in the area. The hotel was decently quiet. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room had plenty of space for a couple of girls with lots of luggage. The Front Desk staff were very nice, a lot of times it was a couple of big Burleigh guys which was nice it made me feel extra safe. Be sure...

"This hotel was beautiful. Very clean, every time we return to our hotel room, the room was tidied up very nicely. The check-in staff was very sweet and very patient answered all of my questions. And were very professional.. The location was excellent. I did not have a hard time getting anywhere around the city in Manhattan. I would for sure recommend it to anybody.."
