The staff was great paloma was super helpful right from the minute we walked in the door. Greeting us with a complimentary drink which was much needed after a day of traveling. Love that the hotel was walking distance to time square and most attractions. I was there for my birthday weekend which was a fabulous time.

The staff was amazing from the front desk to the restaurant Legasea where they were so attentive to our needs. The food was great. The hotel has such a good vibe and can’t miss magic hour on the roof top bar with the Empire State Building in the backdrop. Only thing was there was no soap in the shower and face clothes or lotion. We will definitely be back.
