"It’s a lovely hotel swimming pool gym facials staff are really helpful especially Michell on reception well done Michell deserves a star The only downside was the food some uneatable worse than any hotel I’ve been too we ended up going elsewear for our food we did complain the second night needs looking into I had the same sweet two nights one was really good strawberries cream biscuits delicious the second night they forgot the cream and strawberries and only one biscuit Sorry"

"Place is ok for what it is but what isn’t ok is the noise, people banging on room doors and running off! Get they do a lot of weddings but that should not be affecting the other guests staying there. Just constant noise, drink people and thud thud thud from music. The spa is inaccessible when a wedding is on due to kids!"

"Quite run down, bathroom had mould and when you stood in the shower then bottom of the bath flexed so you thought it was going to give way. Food in the restaurant isn't great, it's ok if you really don't want to go out but there are some lovely much better places within walking distance which are also significantly cheaper, the prices in the hotel are, in my view, excessive. "Staff were nice and helpful. The layout and all set up are above standard. I didn’t know they had a new policy for the swimming pool access when I booked the room, I got a message from the hotel they only allow guests of superior room or higher to access, or you pay for extra, When we checked in the staff gave us complimentary access, I don’t know if this is special treatment or for all guests who didn’t know the changes.
