"Extremely noisy from all directions. People were walking outside right past our window, there were tons of cars making noise with alarms going off, hotel doors were constantly being slammed shut throughout the entire night, and the ice machine right next to our room was very noisy too. We are silver members and no breakfast was given as most Hiltons are supposed to."

"I had been going to this location for the past four years. Steadily it has been declining. The furniture was always on the older side. (Never improved). In the beginning breakfast food was served but gradually decreased to nothing. Not even coffee or juice or water. Front desk says the kitchen was shut down 8 months ago.
The room itself had an odor coming from the sink and dishwasher. Also from the AC unit. 1 out of 2 elevators worked. And Lastly the staffs attitude was unfriendly and uncaring....

"My of three reserved the king suite with sleeper sofa and private patio. The space worked well for our different sleep schedules and we enjoyed eating our takeout dinner on our private patio. The Japanese toilet in our room was a nice surprise. The property overall seems relaxing with lots of leafy garden areas."
