"We had a quick trip and arrived late to the property. There was a helpful attendant there to get us checked in. Room was very clean. Overall great experience!"

"The staff was very helpful on my first night checking in, it was close to midnight after driving up from Oregon and I did not know how to get into the lobby/hotel so I called the number and they told me how to get into the lockbox to get my key out! The room was spectacular, it was set up like a studio apartment, had a full bathroom, a king-size bed and a kitchen with a full-size fridge and silverware and dishes, and a stove and a dishwasher. "A little overpriced for the area The beds the beds let me tell you about the beds they are in a old-fashioned bed frame attached to an old metal headboard that bangs against the wall even when you roll over so you can imagine the noise if you were doing more than sleeping that would be my biggest complaint with this room is the price and the loose bed in the 106 take the headboards off or something or charge list but thank you it was a fine state"

"WiFi didn’t work during stay. Pool on site is not a pool. Breakfast was not great at all. Check in was an hour late, I asked for an extra hour after check out because of this and then they charged me for it and stated they told me about it. They did not. And refuse to refund me"

"Enjoyed staying overnight and spa appointment the next morning before a lovely hreakfast which was ordered to go due to catching a ferry to Friday Harbor from nearby Anacortes. Highly recommend and will return soon! PS: love the heron stained glass windows and cozy lobby with coffee or tea always available."

"Called as we were going to check in very late and front desk very helpful walking through everything. Room was very cleaned and it was nice and quiet. Expensive for the property as it’s super old and a motel but it met our needs for one night."

"A lot of unhoused, many wandering around the parking lot at all hours. Room service is nonexistent and when they showed up, it was just to drop off towels. Staff is nice, though. I definitely will not stay here again and do NOT recommend this property."

"It was beautiful! View outstanding. The pictures you have need to be updated. The outside looks nothing like the photos. Overgrown- weeds by the front door area and so much sand. Cliff we can tell has been slowly eroding. Next door the neighbors are loosing their yard. Your yard the fence dangerous. I would not have any children in yard. grassy and things including old tables and wire fencing laying around. Deck falling apart. Lots of sand- we understand but none cleaned up. Bbq horrible even...
