"Over all our stay was comfortable enjoyable. We had an incident where we left some snacks in the room The maid’s came and cleaned it we got back and our bag of snacks were gone. Reported it the clerk said he would check into it gave us a little bit of a discount so that was helpful."

"Did not like having no staff at reception. No customer service, no number to call for help with problems. Musty smell in room Only one dim lamp in room. TV not working nobody responded to my text.eill not staying there again. Room next door had pole of rags or clothes visible in front of curtain. Cigarette butts on dirty stairway. Ick."

"A lovely grand dame in downtown. Its easy walk to the lake and downtown business district. A little fresh paint would go a long way. But, still a nice stay."

"It was under construction but still provided a good experience. Location was an easy walk to town."

"Really needs an upgrade! Staffwas great! Also we brought our dog & asked for a room near an exit door to take her out. Our room was right next to the exit & when you went out the door there was no grass to be found & it emphasized how run down the hotel is. If it was upgraded, we’d plan on staying more, great location, walking to downtown area is awesome."

"We would for sure stay here again! Everything is new and upgraded, I only have cleanliness a 4 due to the fact the post construction clean up wasn’t done very well, dry wall crust and stuff like that. I saw complaints about the noise of traffic through the walls and honestly I didn’t find it to be an issue at all unless you are a light sleeper. Nothing like city traffic. This location is close to everything and easy to check in."

"It was clean and the staff were helpful but the refrigerator temperature was too low that whatever in the fridge was frozen. The toilet, on the other hand, made some terrible noises like flushing without any reason. The breakfast was not varied and just grab and go."

"First, the customer service was top notch. Friendly and efficient check in. Second, two hour after checking out and several miles away from the hotel, I got a call that my wedding ring had been left behind. The honesty and helpfulness of the staff was so appreciated ! Now, the beds are quite firm and not the most comfortable, and the walls and ceilings are paper thin. You can hear everything. The property was clean and space was roomy."
