I had my 2 grand kids and we had a blast in the pool, we ate at the breakfast which was alright thought their would be a little more selection, but for free no complaints, I also had my Yorkie which he loved going for walks around the grounds. Im happy.

Staff was wonderful, only reason for the 3 stars. The room does not look anything close to as advertised. Holes and chips in the wall and floor, dust bunnies in many places. Overall not sure it was worth the cost advantage. The convenient location and staff would have us consider, but not likely.

The rooms were spacious and nice. Lots of pillows and towels. I had trouble managing the tv and once the sadly overburdened clerk was able she came to the room and resolved the problem within two minutes. An additional person on staff a bit longer would have helped though the clerk was doing very well despite being inundated. She deserves a raise.

This hotel was convenient to get to right off the highway and just a few minutes from the hospital, shopping, the downtown area and the lake. The room was very clean and basic which was all we needed. The outside maintenance left a lot to be desired. The room door lock was pretty shaky, the stairs were in need of new stain and the concrete was crumbling . There was not an elevator which was fine with us, but some people look for that. The breakfast was so-so. The front desk gals were pleasant.

obviously the hotel os in a transition. Looks like it was bought by the hotel next door and they are in process os renovation. Outdoor carpet and exterior area was beyond filthy and dirty but room inside was clean and somewhat upgraded. Good bed and bathroom Big room but a dinky 28- 32" tv. Breakfast spartan but decent... could be improved/upgraded given the size of the hotel... Overall ok but average value..
