I paid for a deluxe quadruple room for myself my Mother and my Daughter. "Had a excellent 2 night stay at Daresbury Park, just a short Uber into Warrington Centre for a music Festival. Did online check in as we wouldn't arrive until after 11.30pm. 24hr reception, staff were pleasant, polite and very efficient. Had two excellent breakfasts, however only one coffee machine meant a fair queue built up in busy times, maybe need to think about this unless that weekend was particularly busy? "The Lemon Tree was perfect for what we needed. Conveniently located (to both public transport and for cars), and nice rooms in an oldish and interesting building. Amenities and staff were all excellent. Breakfast great. And quiet at night. I’m going to recommend it to others."

Staff were brilliant, both behind and front of bar. Ate there 2 nights, fantastic both times. Another cracking pub within walking distance. Continental breakfast spot on.
