"I really enjoyed my stay here. There were biscuits and fresh milk which was a lovely treat! The radio was a nice touch and the TV had access to Netflix and YouTube. WiFi connection was a bit hot and miss but wasn't a massive issue. The bed was very comfy. I felt very relaxed staying here. I will definitely visit again!"

"Angel Inn is close to the centre of Petworth, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had a large modern bath and separate shower and everything was very clean. We appreciated the teapot in the room and selection of teas, also the complimentary flapjack. We ate in the restaurant area of the inn and had an excellent meal. "

"Stayed in the loft double room for 3 nights. The room is quite rustic and not massive. It did have an en-suite shower room. However, it does need some updating as the sink is cracked and the shower and tiling quite dated. Staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was top notch, plentiful and extremely tasty."

"The room was small. Only small semi-circular shelves either side of the bed. Not bedside tables. We only had one bath towel and one bath sheet between us. There were no complimentary toiletries. Tea, coffee and milk and fresh mugs not replaced during our 3 night stay. There were no curtains and a blind that did not keep out the light. We understood that meals could be booked in the evening as well as breakfast. Neither option was available. We were directed to other providers within the...

"The rooms are very clean and beautifully appointed. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful however the staff in the restaurant were not as helpful I asked for skimmed milk and the server said the milk on the table is skimmed, I asked her if she was sure and she said yes - when I pushed further (as you can tell by looking at the colour) she said they don’t do skimmed milk - this felt lazy.
