"The room my family and I stayed in was not very clean. It appeared that a previous guest had vomited on the carpet, and it had not been cleaned or vacuumed thoroughly. The area beside the bed also needed better cleaning. Other than the cleanliness issue, the service was excellent, and all of the staff were friendly, helpful, and awesome. Overall, we appreciated the great customer service, but the room cleanliness needs significant improvement."
