"This is a busy, cnference-oriented hotel; not particularly good for a family with kids stay. It is near the fairground and relatively far from downtown Pomona or Claremont -- not wallkable for normal humans. Would we come back -- likely not unless the price was 30% less or better."

"I didn't notice the location was by the train. I heard the ding ding and train going by like every 20 minutes all night. The bed was terribly ucomfortable with a big dip in it and the pillows were small and lumpy. The walls seem paper thin as i could hear a couple "enjoying themselves" all throughout the night."

"Rooms were dirty, water and AC didn’t work. Kitchenette’s were not equipped for a multi day stay. no pots, dishes etc. Photos and reviews from hotels.com definitely didn’t match the hotel. When questioned the front desk staff about issues his answer was that it was under new management and the house keeper had been ill."

"Took a long time to refill breakfast items. Asked for a receipt at check out, said I had to get one from you. Never had that problem anywhere else. Please provide."

"Comfortable, clean, lots of outlets, cubbies. Nothing super fancy, but decent, clean hotel with friendly staff. We needed place to stay when we visited our college student"
