"At first I was worried I wasn't' going to get the beach view. Because their were properties on both sides of the highway. As I checked in they told me our stay was on the other side beach front. They gave us a choice of which floor we wanted. Unfortunately they told us the elevator did not go up all the way to our floor and we would have to take the stairs one flight. That was not a deal breaker. Our room was absolutely amazing, the pictures do not do it justice. It was very clean, the view was amazing of the beach, sunsets and sunrises. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Just make sure you request a signature room to get the best room and views."

"I booked 3 non refundable rooms. 1 of the rooms had 3 single ladies staying in it. I chose to put the room in "Lady1's" name. well it turns out Lady1 could not make the trip but the other 2 ladies did. When i got to the hotel, they would not honor the reservation because Lady1 was not present. They made me pay for the room again. I could have put that room under any of the 3 ladies at the time of the reservation so i just picked one. Who knew at that time she would not be able to travel. I understand not being able to change a non refundable rate but i should have at least be given the option to put one of the other ladies names. NOT HAPPY."
