Beautiful hotel gorgeous food. The only downfall was that we were put in a room on the 3rd floor (beautiful room) which was facing a pub over the road and the music and shouting and singing from the pub lasted until about 3am in the morning, so we didn’t get much sleep. Overall stay was really lovely.

Lovely hotel.beds fantastically comfy rooms really quiet. Great breakfast and snug bar but the thing that really makes the place 5 star is the fantastic staff in every area .

Nice room but terrible view so closed the blind. Clean and tidy with pleasant staff. Bar not horrendous prices like others we have stayed in southport. Bathroom getting in and out of bath for shower was very tight with the radiator so have to be extra careful not to accidentally brush it when undressed and burn.
