However on my third day one dirty towel was left behind and only one clean towel was left.No a/c on night 3 and my room had no functioning windows. The room became extremely warm. I had expected more since Expedia gave it a 9.4 rating."

"The staff were remarkable and extremely accommodating! We had left our passports in the room safe and they were very helpful in keeping them safe until we had them picked up. The front desk personnel were extremely friendly and helpful with all of our questions and even getting us ice from the nearby restaurant.
