"We liked the fact that it is close to the airport with a great shuttle service every 30min 24 hr/ day. We also liked the Chinese restaurant within the property that had very good service and delicious food. We didn’t like the fact that the check-in counter agent was very slow in such a simple check in procedure. "The hotel is under heavy renovation/construction which causes a lot of noise and issues. One day the hot water was off from 10 am to 3 pm. To get from the rooms to the front desk you have to walk through a roped off path beside a large area where the workers are working, which will be the lobby. The staff gave us an upgrade to reduce the noise and accommodated early check in. The room was exceptionally beautiful with all of the modern features.
