"The property and hotel are situated close to the beach and Sunset Grill restaurant. It was clean and modern! The breakfast is delicious and brought to your room every morning. The staff was very helpful and provided information on itineraries for the day or suggestions on what to do! We had a stress-free and vacation because we had such a wonderful place to relax at the end of a busy day touring the island."

Had to change rooms 3 times ac wasn’t working then gave me a room that was not what I had paid for very frustrating. No
Sense of urgency not a 5 star and not Hilton standards.
Disappointed!"

"Fabulous property. Location is fantastic in quiet Ribeira Grande. Easy to get to all parts of Sao Miguel. My only advice is that if you come for the outdoor pool, it is very cold, and days with sun are elusive."

"We had a nice stay, enjoyed the pool, views, balcony and breakfast for $12 was good. Really nice location with lots of choices for excellent restaurants within a mile radius. The hotel is a bit dated, frayed towels, bathroom needed maintenance and mirror needed a good cleaning. That said the Jr. suite had everything we needed for the week, so it worked for us."

"The beach view was great as was the breakfast. Hotel offers few amenities such as in-room coffee and you must pay for coffee in the lobby.
