"Initial impressions walking into reception was great. Helpful staff. Allowed us to leave our bags with them as we were early.
Overall, room was spacious, modern and clean. However, the shower gels, shampoo and conditioner were all over a year pass their expiration date. There was a permanent loud whirring noise which we could not identify the noise of which reception staff were not interested in when raised. It was loud to the point it was difficult to sleep. "very clean and quiet, staff provided 5 star hospitality, very friendly to all different languages. Excellent restaurant, I can't tell you how wonderful the breakfast was each morning (free). Everything felt so clean and great, Monica was wonderful, the interior design is next level. Would easily stay here again, no question."

"Nuestra experiencia resultó espectacular!
Atención inmejorable pues el personal es bien atento. Habitación amplia con todas las “conveniencias” limpia y pulcra. Mantenimiento al tope!
