"I ve travelled a lot, but Cedar House was absolutely the best stay that I ever had. The house, the atmosphere, the staff were absolutely perfect. We have been welcomed and not only we got fresh baked cookies, but all the hints to visit the city. The house is a masterpiece. The porch, the terraces and the interior were amazing. Everything super clean and new. I definitely recommend Cedar House and we would definitely come back one day! "

"We selected this hotel due to the location and proximity to downtown Saint Augustine. It’s a quick walk over the bridge. The hotel is clean, room was spacious with a patio overlooking the water. Breakfast was excellent with daily specials all included. Staff was friendly and helpful too. Great choice and value too! Will be back!"

"The Carriage Way in was one of the best B&B we have ever booked. The staff (Theresa & Christine - along with several others) were friendly, accommodating and very kind. They greeted us with smiles and instructions upon arrival and we saw them frequently throughout the next few days. They were there to ensure our comfort, but gave us the respect of privacy as well. They even recommended places to eat and travel tips. The location was perfectly situated just on one of the intersections on the edge...
