The Royal Oak Hotel, Welshpool, Mid Wales
Best bed for us on this trip. Also only host to provide a shower cap. A room on the other side of the building would have been excellent but unfortunately we were assigned a room next to the Main Street and had a sleepless night due to the traffic noise.

The Burton Hotel and Cloud Nine
Disappointed that the leasure center and pool were undergoing renovation and we had not been informed of this at the booking stage. We should have been informed by the hotel or Expedia. What compensation will there be for this disappoint.

Very noisy if you're in the front of the property in flat 1 twin room but apartment is large and well serviced

Tranquil Cabin Retreat- Sleeps 2, Parking
I booked on behalf of one of our engineers, who found the cabin to be very dirty with little to no hot water, and infestation of insects and no WIFI as mentioned in the accommodation list. The front door also would not close or lock due to the door being so badly warped, and I had to book alternative ...
