"My overall assessment on the stay would rate it no more than a three star. There are some minor maintenance issues that need to be looked into. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Food was very good and the full English was excellent. The idea of filling out what you wanted for breakfast the previous day was not really how I would like it as this might change, I would prefer to decide on the day. Conclusion: The accommodation was a little tired and in need of a spruce up."

"Beautiful hotel, great location, immaculate and picturesque gardens. Rooms well decorated, clean, really can't complain about the aesthetics. Staff attentive. "This is part of the Ramada Resort chain. It is situated off a main road with spread out buildings in picturesque grounds and decent parking close to the main building and reception. I had a really nice room with a fully functioning fan to offset the 30+ degree temperatures. I used the onsite fitness facility which was pretty well equipped for all my cardio and weights needs. "One night stay. Very friendly staff. Lovely village location with nice view of the Wye valley hillsides. Very reasonable pub standard evening meal, breakfast was spot on. The room was clean and comfortable with all the bits you would expect, kettle with tea and coffee, a nice bottle of sparkling water, TV, good quality soap and shower gel etc. Great value for a very reasonable price.
