"When you pull up outside, the weeds and broken plant pots are a little off putting but inside is clean, rooms spacious, plenty of hot water, very comfortable bed. Also plenty of parking and although we couldn’t check in until 3, we could park in the morning which was really helpful. Staff lovely. The property could use a gardener and some TLC but you can look past that for a nice comfortable clean room with good parking."

"It was our second stay at the hotel. As a family of four we loved every minute there. Our accommodation, studio, was perfect, with separate bedroom for our children. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. We also went swimming at a beautiful relaxing spa area. We decided not to have a dinner there this time as we found it expensive and with limited healthy options (e.g. no salad as main). Apart from that it's our favourite hotel in Wales. We highly recommend it to other families."

The burger was a steak burger and wasn't told as I thought it would have been home made but thats just me being fussy and 2. The overflow carpark wasn't signed very well as im very fussy with my car and didn't know that other car park was there. Wasn't made aware of it so we just managed to get a decent space but overall I would return"
