Great location, plenty of car park space within the property. Our room was on the 2nd floor, stairs only. Lovely, comfy room, clean, good size bathroom with shower. Dinner was great in the restaurant. Breakfast had cereal at buffet, then order cooked from menu. Good meals. Great staff, friendly, good history of hotel with links to JW Lees. We had two nights, happy to stay here again.

Very good place to stay, just a short walk down to the town center, very friendly management and staff, the breakfast was good and so were the evening meals. We felt that we become friends with the staff, we loved the atmosphere in this hotel.

Nice hotel (although not quite sure I would call it a 4 star - more a 3 star) with extremely friendly and helpful staff. I visited with my cousin in July for a family gathering that was taking place at the hotel the following afternoon. I have an intolerance to cheese and the hotel staff (in particular Rachel) were excellent in arranging for me to have my own cheese free plate of goodies for the next day's afternoon tea. We also enjoyed an excellent meal on the evening of our arrival, a lovely freshly cooked breakfast the following morning, and the afternoon tea celebration in the afternoon was equally excellent. All very good quality, served by extremely helpful and friendly staff. I will definitely be staying there again next time I visit Llandudno. Ample parking also a bonus.

The Hotel was excellent. Rooms were large and very clean. Gaz in the bar was very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast on the Tuesday morning was very nice. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Lovely clean modern hotel .the staff were all so friendly and we were made to feel very welcome.No lifts at this hotel so if your not good with stairs best not to choose this hotel and Points to improve on were that a few things in the room were broken like the chair and a few snagging issues like a flickering light in the bathroom .
