Very clean room with an excellent ensuite. Rooms were cleaned daily with a top up bottled water and little treats. Breakfast was delicious with fresh produce. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Limited parking on the property but street parking near by. If you’re looking for a bed and breakfast with old world charm and service, this is the one !

Booked for my son, he was very pleased with his double room & very complimentary about the breakfast ,nothing to remark upon. Would recommend to anyone, well worth booking.

As soon as I walked in it smelt fresh, greeted by very friendly staff , my room was really clean , spotless , hallways spotless , breakfast was fantastic, good choice of food , tasted great, overall easily the best place I’ve stayed , will definitely go back, thanks to all the hardworking staff

My husband and I were very impressed with Holcombe House. Very conveniently located, wonderful, warm welcome. Staff were superb. Breakfast was fantastic. Very clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend.

Spent a lovely couple of days there last week. Welcoming host, spotless accommodation, excellent well cooked breakfast. Plenty of on street parking if you can get it as it is very busy but fortunately we were able to get 1 of the 2 off-road spots at the rear coincidentally just outside our bedroom window. Well situated near the sea front and pier which were about 5 minutes walk and only round the corner from the tram for the Great Orme which is well worth the ride to the top with wonderful views. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this accommodation.

A great 2 night stay. Lovely welcome and well appointed room. Super breakfast offering and we can recommend the Full Welsh Breakfast. B & B well positioned with ample roadside parking. Will look forward to a return visit when next in the area.

Loveyvery nice place. Rooms well equipped. Owner was lovely and very friendly. Lots of options for breakfast. The cooked breakfast was one of the best we have had. Would not hesitate to re book if we were back in the area

Extremely clean, great breakfast. Beds were remade for a 2 night stay which was very impressive. We were told we couldn't use the bath as a leak needed fixing. There was a missing light bulb in the light fixture. Staff very formal, not a very warm welcome. Needs modernising
