The rooms look nothing like the pictures, so don't be fooled. Scruffy, rather small and dated. Tiny tv and appalling internet speed. Check in took almost 10 minutes as they lost the form and their computer froze.

No shampoo.body lotion.etc in room No information about times for meals in room so therefore missed half of our breakfast ( our son had 2 in his room ) Cracks in wash hand basin not very health and safety The hotel is badly need of a refurbish Not good value for the money we paid

Lovely warm hotel

Had a lovely stay, staff very friendly and hotel very warm inside. 323 room clean and had a good view of the hills in the background, bathroom very small. Breakfast very good would stay again

The town of Llandudno is very beautiful. However, our room and, to be honest probably most properties along the beach, was quite run down. The outside of the building is well maintained but the rooms are not. We checked in and they gave us a key to our room but it hadn't yet been cleaned. We had to go have lunch and come back. Walls are too thin and you can hear everything in hallways and lobby.

Room cold and damp had to ask for some heating . Breakfast very nice but evening meal awful. Very disappointed as it was my birthday not worth the money

We booked this hotel last minute looked nice on the outside and was next to the Imperial aswell .. very nice when we walked in reception staff abit snooty .. our room was disgusting paint was coming off the walls and ceiling bare plaster and water marks carpet was dirty where it looked the windows and walls had been leaking.

Great location but we in need of some work

Stayed with friends for one night after attending a show at the nearby Venue Cymru. Room ok although shower was more of a dribble than a shower. Breakfast very good. Location overlooking sea and beach excellent. There was evidence that the hotel is undergoing some work and this is much needed as it is showing signs of wear. Adequate for what we needed.

Nice hotel close to the beach and the town

Staff were very good with people that had a disability, the bathroom in the bedroom we had was very small and compact. I did discuss this with staff as it is difficult with someone with mobility difficulties. The staff gave me good advice for me to get what we need for future bookings.

Lovely,friendly hotel and ideal location

We enjoyed our week at the Marine. The room was impeccable and quiet. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was lovely and the breakfast buffet good. Dinner menu was nice as well. The fact that the hotel is centrally located meant we were close to everything. We are definitely coming back.

It's a Little dated now Very small bath and shower. Couldn't use both. Beds small too for two people But u get what u pay for. Great for the cheap price. Breakfast was great! Service is good.

Never again !!!!

This hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment! The furniture and carpets are all worn. The bedrooms are clean and basic, Couldn't have a decent shower as the water was just a trickle, definitely not worth the money they are charging per night. The food is shocking, and all served cold. I will definitely never stay here again.

A little disappointed, but not all bad.

Nice building from the outside, yet much work needed on the inside. Decor was outdated and many creaky floorboards. There was an odour of a retirement home! However, rooms were very clean, as was the dining room, bar, etc and staff were great.
