This quest house is excellent location with lovely view over the prom, they have everything from shoe horn, bath robes, cotton wool pads,ear buds, coffee,tea,water, shamppoo,conditioner,body wash, moisturiser,flannel,hairdryer ,the breakfast is fab they have thought of everything,their book in the room for info is also fab and much more, excellent stay.

Great base to explore Llandudno and North Wales. Excellent service, very comfortable bed, and a great view of the promenade. Parking in Llandudno can be tough but I never struggled to find a spot- either right in front of the hotel or a couple of mins walk further up at Happy Valley. Highly recommend!

Brian and his family were wonderful. There B/B was clean and comfy. Robes were provided and lovely toiletries. Brian was attentive and helpful with his directions. Breakfast was really nice and they accommodated us when we had to leave early. I highly recommend The View. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Good location, quiet at night. Breakfast was excellent, well prepared and presented. The staff were very pleasant. Our room wasn't as pleasing, the water pressure for the shower was poor. For the six night stay our towels weren't changed and the room bin wasn't emptied!

The room are so clean, and the people so friendly,we had amazing time. But the showroom was not so good,as there shower hose very low pressure which takes ages to get shower and also the bed not so comfy. Party from that the view was stunning from our bedroom , everything is walking distance bar restaurants and the beach.

Fabulous setting. Awesome room. Fantastic breakfast. Highly recommend, but not if you have an issue climbing stairs and an inclined ramp to the front door. But once in there is an elevator.

Really enjoyable stay- highly recommend.

We frequently travel up to North Wales to visit family- usually we bring our dogs so have to stay with family or in an Airbnb, but as we were alone this time we thought we'd try a guest house. We stayed in room 1- it has a big comfortable bed and a seating area in the window to look out over the pier and promenade. It was clean and spacious. We were asked our preferences for bedding (pillow firmness, material, etc) beforehand, which really made our stay comfortable. Breakfast was really good- we let them know we were vegan before arriving and they were well prepared with vegan options. Guests choose a slot for breakfast, meaning it is never crowded and service is fast. The hotel has a cosy lounge area with an honesty bar and a pretty terraced area at the front. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return next time we visit without our dogs.

Great position and warm welcome.

It was lovely, with a friendly welcome and great service. Close to some great restaurants and with a lovely view. It was warm and cosy and the owner had thought of everything. Beautiful terrace too. We only marked it down slightly because the lift wasn't working and we were up a lot of stairs. They had got a company to look at it though. Still, highly recommended. Still, highly recommended,

Relaxing weekend in Llandudno

Relaxing 3 day trip in a place which holds many happy memories and never disappoints. Fantastic views across the bay and very handy for local shops, cafes and restaurants. We were met by the lovely Hao who explained everything we needed to know about the accommodation. Our room was a good size and was clean and comfortable. The sign of a great place to me are the little extras and The View had lots of those including large fluffy towels and dressing gowns and a good selection of teas with other drinks in small cute containers. The bed was comfy with good quality pillows, an added bonus. Breakfast was well organised and ordered the previous day and was excellent with a good selection of fresh fruits and cereals including superb porridge and hot meal choices.

It was average. Not as great as it seemed in the reviews. The breakfast experience wasn't comfortable and you have to be there by the chosen time. Attendant was abrupt in her response. They are abit hesitant to serve extra items.The owners were generally friendly though.
