"Our room was clean and comfortable, we even had an iron and ironing board which was very useful. Hairdryer was good, lovely body wash and shampoo in the bathroom. Good quality bedding and towels. The staff were very courteous and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We had an evening meal which was very good, very generous portions and good quality. The breakfasts were excellent. "Lovely view from window. Very spacious room, with a lovely spacious bath/ shower room Located in a nice area of mumbles. Parking would £17 per day. Which could be a problem for longer stay."

"Unfortunately stayed on a weekend with a wedding, where we were on the first floor above the disco. There's non existent sound proofing and sticky doors that slams as you try to close them. Beware there's also no air con or fans. On the plus side, we had a nicely renovated room and the staff were friendly. We would have loved to have used the spa facilities but the swimming pool closed at 8pm and the spa was closed at that bank holiday weekend."

"Triple room at the top of the building. The hallways were pretty grim but the room was a nice surprise. Great touch with the ceiling fan. The road is very busy outside. It was fine for a one night stay."
