"We checked in easily and quickly with no hassle , took our overnight bags to room then vacated back down to bar which was lively due to entertainment by really good live band.
We were hoping to have an evening meal their but this wasn’t available on a Sunday after the dinner time carvery was completed which was a little disappointing as had to find a local
Restaurant we could book in at.
Room was clean and bed quite comfy though room could soon require an update / modernisation, shower was lovely but nowhere to hang towels no hooks or rails which was unusual so where do you hang wet towels ?
I had to go down to reception to request towels as none were in our room I think just an oversight of the cleaning staff , we were soon
given a set so no real issue.
Goodnights sleep with little noise and a good breakfast selection which I thought was outstanding as included in our room price which was really good . Plenty of free car parking to front and rear of property all nicely lit in evening, I will definitely stay here again as real value for money
SEE YOU AGSIN SOON. "
"Good Parking ( Top car park off the hill to the left is much easier with luggage )
Friendly Staff , Clean / Warm and comfortable room.
Leisure facilities clean and all in service - one issue was space in the pool etc , it seems locals use the site and have a right of passage to the pool / Jacuzzi as we were twice subtly forced to leave the pool as people took their position and left us no choice.
Suggest an hour either side of the normal operating hours when the hotel rooms are busy just for guests to use the facilities - not a complaint , just a suggestion.
Otherwise a fantastic stay - we love the Gower as we have family in Penclawdd and visit regularly.
Room service spot on too - lovely fresh room to return too each evening - Thanks

"Dirty room, mouldy water in taps. Windows broken. Paper thin walls and staff singing and whistling at 3am cleaning up after party on a Sunday night. Kept everyone awake and multiple people complained. Breakfast included stale bread and cold food (we got there as soon as it opened). Went home with food poisoning. Complained to front desk and they shrugged their shoulders. Absolutely disgusting. Needs shutting down. "
"Hotel had plenty of parking, a restaurant, gym with pool and sauna and a Starbucks. It’s located in a really nice new area of Swansea.
Room was nice big, the bed was comfortable,
How there was a few stains on the carpet.
Gym is ok, however changing rooms need to be cleaned more and sauna and steam room have a really strong unpleasant smell.

"Nice and relaxing stay, staff were lovely. Breakfast was nice, good choice. Location is great, next to Costa, Greggs and McDonald's. Flat walkway straight into town centre. Bit noisy next to the road, next time would prefer the car park side. Lovely room and comfy."
"My stay was lovely the room needed a bit of tlc but bed was really comfortable and room was cleaned. Staff were very attentive and friendly nothing was too much trouble. This is my second stay in a couple of years and would almost definitely book again. The lift was being refurbished but was notified of this in ample time that I could have cancelled my stay but as this was not a problem for myself to climb the stairs I continued with my booking.
