The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. My family especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the relaxing atmosphere. "Due to work being carried out difficulty in getting into reception area. No one manning the desk. Parking equally difficult- over flow car park across the road - unmade surface and mucky. The room was very cozy the facilities good. Towels and bed linen good quality. "
